If you wish to cancel your order, please contact SIPP immediately at contact@sippkw.com. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of SIPP.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform SIPP if a product has not been delivered. Upon notification, we will investigate and ensure that the product is delivered and received.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment.
In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged during the delivery process, we will replace the item promptly. Please email contact@sippkw.com to arrange for a replacement or to have the damaged items re-sent.
If you would prefer not to receive a replacement, we will refund the payment method used for the value of the damaged items or the total transaction as applicable.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer a refund on consumable products unless they are defective or damaged.
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@sippkw.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email contact@sippkw.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
